12-Week Intensive Program — Enrollment Agreement & Refund Policy

1. About This Program

This program is owned and operated by The Santos Media Group LLC, doing business as From the Ground Up, a company registered in the United States, operating from 71 N Pecos Road, Las Vegas, NV 89101.

The FTGU × Mentality 12-Week Intensive is a cohort-based business education program. We are a business education and marketing consultancy. We do not sell business opportunities, “get rich quick” programs, or income guarantees. All materials are provided for educational and coaching purposes only and are protected by copyright and applicable intellectual property law.

By submitting an application, completing checkout, or accessing any program materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

This program is intended for individuals 18 years or older. By enrolling, you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Enrollment & Acceptance

Enrollment in the 12-Week Intensive is by application only. Submitting payment does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants are reviewed before being granted access to the program.

Upon acceptance, you will receive a confirmation email with onboarding instructions and a link to schedule your onboarding call. Access to program materials and the community will be granted following the onboarding process.

We reserve the right to decline or revoke enrollment at our discretion if an applicant or enrolled student is found to be misrepresenting themselves, acting in bad faith, or violating any terms outlined in this agreement.

3. What You Receive

Enrolled students receive the following during and after the program:

  • 12 weekly live Q&A calls for the duration of their enrolled cohort, recorded and added to a replay library

  • Lifetime access to all course modules and the private community forum

  • 12 months of live training access from the date of enrollment, including the ability to participate in future cohorts

  • Access to the vetted supplier and supply chain network as shared within the program

  • Day-to-day support via private group chat, with responses provided within 48 hours Monday through Friday

Students who complete their initial cohort and require additional time may join a subsequent cohort. Priority access is given to new students. Participation in future cohorts is subject to availability and does not extend the 12-month live training access period beyond the original enrollment date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Program content, module structure, and scheduling are subject to change at the discretion of From the Ground Up. Updates to the curriculum are made to improve the program and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

4. Payment & Pricing

The following payment options are available for Cohort 1:

  • Pay In Full: $5,000 one-time payment, processed at checkout

  • Payment Plan: 3 monthly installments of $2,000 each — total $6,000 — billed automatically on a 30-day cycle beginning at the date of enrollment

All prices are listed in USD. By selecting a payment plan, you authorize The Santos Media Group LLC to charge your payment method on the agreed schedule. Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in suspension or revocation of program access until the outstanding balance is resolved.

We do not offer cancellations on payment plans. Once you have accessed the program or attended your first session, no payment plan cancellations will be issued. If you need to pause for legitimate reasons, contact our team and we will work with you to hold your plan until you are ready to resume.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal. For wire transfer or offline payment arrangements, contact [email protected] prior to enrollment.

Recommended Operating Budget: We strongly recommend students have a minimum of $3,000 in separate working capital available to implement the strategies taught throughout the program. This is entirely separate from the program fee and will be applied toward marketing, sourcing, production, and advertising over the course of the 12 weeks and beyond. Actual spend will depend on your business goals and commitment level.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the live cohort format, proprietary coaching content, and immediate access to program materials upon enrollment, all sales are final once a student has been accepted and granted access to the program.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Failure to attend live sessions or use program materials

  • Dissatisfaction with results where program strategies have not been implemented

  • Change of mind after enrollment

  • Inability to complete the program due to personal scheduling conflicts

  • Cancellation of a scheduled call — cancelled calls count toward your allocated sessions and cannot be recovered or rescheduled

6. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

All program materials — including video training, course modules, supplier frameworks, templates, call recordings, and written content — are the proprietary intellectual property of The Santos Media Group LLC and its partners, including Mentality.

As an enrolled student, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use these materials for your own business purposes only. You may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, screenshot, or record any program materials for distribution

  • Share login credentials or grant access to non-enrolled individuals

  • Resell, redistribute, or repurpose program content in any form

  • Use program materials to create or sell a competing educational product


Violation of these terms may result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may result in legal action.

7. Results Disclaimer

Results shared from current or past students represent individual outcomes and are not a guarantee of what you will achieve. Your results will depend on your product, market, effort, prior experience, and how consistently you apply what is taught.

From the Ground Up provides strategy, frameworks, and guidance. What you do with that guidance is your responsibility. We make no guarantee of specific financial outcomes.

8. Community Standards & Conduct

Students are expected to engage with the program community respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any student from the community or revoke program access — without refund — for conduct that is disruptive, abusive, dishonest, or otherwise harmful to the cohort or program staff.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Santos Media Group LLC, From the Ground Up, and its partners (including Mentality) disclaim all warranties — express or implied — and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program, use of program materials, or reliance on advice or strategies shared within the program.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the program shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for enrollment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted to this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation in the program following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
