Is this a true mentorship?

Yes, we structured our program to support you on a daily and weekly basis. Through our private WHOP community you get access to a support chat with our team, and on the weekly calls you get your brand reviewed and assistance in real time. In addition to the course videos you have access to at your convenience.

What results should I expect to get?

Your results depend on your product, your market, and the work you put in. What you see from our students reflects what's possible — not what's guaranteed. We provide the strategy, the framework, and the guidance. What you do with it is up to you.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. This is complete, hands-on training built around your business — covering content creation, product development, manufacturing, logistics, and strategy. Everything is tailored directly to you, and we walk you through the entire process step by step.

Do I need to already have a brand?

No — although you do need to have an existing business OR community (following) and a general understanding of what you'd like to create. Since this is a 12 week we are moving quickly, so we encourage you to be ready to act.

How Long Is This MENTORSHIP?

The program runs for 12 Weeks. Throughout that time, you'll have full access including priority support and access to our live trainings happening weekly. Once the 12 weeks end, you'll still be a part of the family, however your level of access to us will reduce.

Which payments do you accept?

Can I get a refund?

At From The Ground Up We stand behind the quality and depth of The Brand Mastery 1-1 program. All purchases are 100% non-refundable. This policy exists to protect the integrity, material, and proprietary coaching provided within the program — and because we are fully committed to delivering results when you commit to the work.

We simply ask that you give the program a fair attempt. The knowledge, frameworks, and coaching inside are designed to produce real outcomes when implemented consistently.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a scheduled 1-on-1 call, it will count toward your allocated call sessions and cannot be rescheduled or recovered. We do not offer cancellations on payment plans. Once you access the program or attend your first session, no payment plan cancellations or refunds will be issued. If you need to pause, we can hold your plan until you're ready to resume — but refunds are not available under any circumstances.

It is your responsibility to apply what you learn. We are here to guide, coach, and equip you — but your results ultimately depend on your effort and execution.
